If you are planning a team meeting, here are some things you need in your approach.
1. Keep calling the team meeting. The people should be happy that their presence. The manner of their meeting so that there is someone for everyone, but everyone feels.
2. Keep calling people their opinions on things. It is necessary to maintain team meetings interactive as possible.
3. People who attend the team meeting and has strengths and talents to play. Need help some elements of the session to develop these strengths. It gives people a feeling of satisfaction when the session ends.
