It seems to me, and many observers that the pace has increased worldwide and will continue to do so. People do not have time to focus on things before moving, especially at work. Consequently, people are always looking for a “quick fix” for problems at work. The general feeling is not enough time to do something, and you must hurry. Even if I’m finding more efficient ways of doing things, an approach that is not enough to last probably ineffective.
One of my colleagues is again a phrase that I liked. “It’s never enough time to do something good, but still enough time to do it again.” In other words, a fast time on something important enough for the care they have The work requires some work to do, get whatever.
Team-building is an example. E-mail from the state first that I speak is the provision of adequate facilities. It is the process that the teams, the reality back into the world of work done to improve it. Team activities on a day with the car and the others are important, but not replace – a quick fix – for the whole process. Read the rest of this entry »
