Industrial relations is widely spoken in the workplace and is generally accepted that the maintenance of social peace is very important for increasing productivity and avoid conflicts and social tensions. Coflicts manifest in the form of strikes, low productivity, absenteeism and abandonment. These are signs of a conflict more than the management right to the top and remove the discontent among the employees.
Reports can be more simple or complex, depending on your attitude, how you look. On a broader level, it is certainly a complex phenomenon that must be handled with care, such as feelings and emotions that are problematic and the logic and discipline easily forgotten.
Employee participation is the only way to promote democracy and peace induatrial. Over time, this is a business strategy and form of self-management and print management is given to a greater extent.
